Peppard began slowly for this one for some reason and as the game wore on it turned out we were probably the better team. After 2 very lucky goals and a penalty, we found ourselves 3-0 down but nowhere near out at half time. After the re-start, the lads began to attack relentlessly. This paid off, with a great goal from Daniel, after the coach had moved him up front! Out of 8, 4 were either lucky or flukes, so in a lot of ways we were unfortunate not to get something out of this game.

Sam F was excellent alongside Ben at the back and took home the Weekly trophy. Oisin had his best game yet, making decisions and putting himself about constantly. He received the Man of the Match award, well deserved too.

If we can play this way again we can acquire more points before the seasons end and that will be great news.
