For this match we had another two players making their first appearances, Harry and Sumir. As it turned out, Reeves Blue are a patient footballing team and 3 quality goals showed this. However, our most important aspect was that in Sumir we have someone who can take a big goal kick. We did not let any goals in that were from balls given away on the edge of our own penalty area and that is a big plus.

Sam scored again, though deflected I have credited it to him and he must now continue his goal-a-game ratio. All the boys played a big part though after half time I think the fitness difference played a large part in the result. We did not deserve to let so many in but they are a good side.

The next match against Reeves 2nd team can't come soon enough.
